Reviews Plate Life on the Edge is a very wholesome and innocent romance. Emily is a nineteen year old figure skater that has just recently entered the world of partners figure skating. With a new partner and coach this young woman never anticipated the brilliance that she would find herself contributing too. This is a romance, but it is also a story about the life of a world champion figure skating pair. Her love interest was a very unique twist when she uncovers her feelings for her young new Russian coach. As the mutual emotions grow this open a very dangerous window for for this star struck group. With disaster continuously on the horizon they will walk a very fine line to stay out of the limelight. As the season wears on they will have to battle on and off the ice. With an unexpected turn of events they will be forced to reveal their secrets and possibly condemned their bright future. This was a very innocent and clean story. It was wonderful to see a young girl dedicated to her dreams and virtues. This is a great recommendation for Christian romance fans.
