Anew is a debuting paranormal romance created by Chelsea Fine. After reading Sophie & Carter, a love story for two troubled teens, I knew this was an author to keep an eye on. When I heard that she was created a paranormal read there was no question I had to read it. Chelsea does not disappoint, to say the least. Anew is a twisted mystery that will prove addictive. Scarlet who is our main character is a special kind of girl, but her amnesia prior to the past two years proves to make her character more of an enigma. She is distant and withdrawal which gives ample opportunity for the author to deliver her deep and honest character. After waking in the forest alone she finds herself in this small town; where is presently living with her guardian. This small quaint little town was an easy fit for the slower paced read. The Kissing Festival, how creative, this was one of my favorites. While I agree that kissing everyone is a little odd, and kissing relays (YUCK!), but still who would have come up with something like this. The woods surrounding this little town played a large part in the story, and I believe it helps give the novel a darker and intriguing feel. Grouping it with the Archer brothers that remain a mystery for the majority of this read was very smart in adding the emotional feel of the story. While progressively the truths are being revealed there is continuous curiosity and feel of something dark and sinister hiding in the background. While the concept of two men after the same girl is common; this story effectively delivers a twist on that tired concept. Gabriel is a common and offers familiarity; while Tristan is heat and chemistry that we only have the pleasure of witnessing a couple of times throughout this book. Although, with the abrupt conclusion that has left me hang on a cliff I am uncertain of what the future will hold. It is a certainty that the story goes on, but it will be exciting to see how Fine pulls these characters through their current predicament. I am anxiously awaiting book two to see where this series will go. BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMENDED SERIES!!!

Veronica Roth is a debuting author with some much potential it is frightening. Divergent has set on my bookshelf for months, and I just never really got around to taking a peek. Something yesterday struck me, and I just had to start reading it. This is a long story at just under 500 pages, but I managed it in a sixteen hour period. Please don't ask me how I accomplished this because I have absolutely no idea. All I can tell you is that once I started it was impossible to put down. Tris is a strong and courageous character that will instantly capture the reader’s attention. From the start she is young girl trying to please her parents and peers while feeling isolated, but as the story progresses it becomes more about her discovery and relentless courage. Her world is very unlike our own, and at first glance appears to be a peaceful and improved society, although, upon closer inspection this alternate reality proves to be a corrupted world that suffers from tyranny and segregation. An entire society is based on five virtues; that are extension of you. According to assessments your personality correlates to which faction you should belong. At the age of sixteen all children are tested, and this is followed by a ceremony in which they will chose where their future lies. Obviously, this causes some difficulty when children are raised in a particular faction, and their true nature proves they should belong with another. As Tris discover for herself this is a tragic and lonely journey when you must turn your back on your past to embrace an unknown future. This was a deep and emotional journey where each and every character is amazing. I was mesmerized by this story, and I continue to kick myself for not breaking this spine sooner. This is by far one of the best reads by The BookWhisperer for this year and last. I cannot wait to get my hands on Insurgent. BOOKWHISPERER FAVORITE!!!!

What am I supposed to do now? I started The Deepest Cut, and found myself in love. While I was aware of some minor glitches in the first novel; this second book showed none of the same obstacles. Where book one was an instant attraction and an impossible relationship; book two is budding relationship that grows and develops. The Haunting starts from where book one leaves off at full speed. Upon the return of the cousins, Riley finds herself instantly drawn to Kade MacKinnon; but is it solely due to the resemblance to a certain ghost or is there more to the attraction. It quickly proves difficult getting to know Kade with a pesky determined ghost that just refuses to go away, but somehow Riley and Kade manage to find a strong connection that grows rather quickly. As the deadly interactions become more and more frequent Riley will have to accept her inability to face this alone, but determine just who can she trust with her secrets. This was the first appearance of the MacKinnon family, and I am in love with the entire bunch. Each with their unique personalities make them stand out amongst the entire cast of character. This was a heart racing read from the start, and Templeton offered the same goose bump read that I enjoyed with The Deepest Cut. The ending was a race right up until the last page, and left me in a daze. I spent several minutes flipping pages back and worth saying, "Are you kidding me? It just STOPS!" I know it is intended to be a cliff hanger, but really what am I supposed to do now? It will be a depressing wait for the next book. So far each book as been short and easy reads, but offering a captivating and intriguing story that will leave you begging for more. These are BookWhisperer Must Reads.

Although, the lasting reminders come in the form of an overprotective yet distant best friend and the occasional moments of a delusions that leave her feeling crazy. When the situations begin happening more frequently she finds that they are not symptom but a sign of an ability she never had before. Furthermore, she discovers that she is not the only one with this new ability. As she uncovers what these moments mean she soon finds they are far from a gift, and more like a curse. As things become more and more complicated the truth will surface that she is no longer the same girl, and how can she leave with this new talent without dragging everyone else down with her. Fracture was an incredibly moving story. Readers should be prepared this is not a journey for the faint of heart. The emotional baggage included with this story will have readers questioning their own lives, and purpose. This talented author will drag you into her story, and you will feel the story through Delaney. At the point of climax I was shocked to find myself feeling so incredibly hopeless and depressed. Then as the story begins to sort every detail I found myself spirits lifting. I was impressed by this author’s ability in this novel, and she will be a name to watch out for in the future.

Just a Little FYI

I was interested in participating in a blog tour for the upcoming release of Jessica Rules the Dark Side by Beth Fantaskey. I am a huge fan of the first novel Jessica's Guide to Dating the Dark Side, so it only seemed natural to want to help promote the second book. When I contacted her, and asked if she was planning to have a blog tour. She informed me one had not been set up, but she would love it if I would put together something for her.Well, here I go again trying to conquer the world. Just kidding!! Although, it has turned out to be a interesting experience. My FYI, is that I wanted to let everyone know that I was going to put together a blog tour. The Deepest Cut is on of the hardest books I have had to review. Even now, I struggle with whether to rate it a four star or five star. I am so incredibly enthralled with Riley’s story that it is a favorite, and a five star read. Though, as a dedicated book blogger I have to look at every aspect of the story, and recognize that in the beginning I felt some minor bumps associated with a debuting authors growing talent. Riley’s story is a twist of horror and paranormal romance. Templeton offers a goose bump read that will have readers looking over their shoulders. This is a unique story, and a fresh breath into this rapidly growing genre. Riley is a young girl with a lot of baggage. After the untimely death of her mother she finds herself guilt ridden and in possession of a strange ability that will remain a constant reminder of what she has lost. After her father accepts a job transfer; her family picks up and moves to a old town with a very dark history. When Riley’s new ability the two are like mixing oil and water. What she soon discovers will change her life forever, and open new doorways that she never knew existed. This simply lays the ground work for what lies ahead, and the story that follows is wonderful start for what promises to be thrilling series. The story is delivered in a very rushed pace that will race readers through the stories end. This does not hinder the story, but it will leave you craving more. With the fast pace and awestruck cliff hanger I am desperate to begin book two. BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMENDED!!!

Katie Reus is an excellent romance author. I connected with every part of His Secret Past, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the story. Alexis is a pure, strong, and independent woman. I loved her character, and was instantly a fan. As a single parent and dedicated mother; her character is an open book. Hunter on the other hand takes a little time to uncover. With the mystery of his past readers will be uncertain whether they should love him or hate him. After discovering he left the love of his life for some dark hidden reason, and then uncovering that Alexis was pregnant when Hunter left which in turn results with her spending the last six years raising their child solo; this will quickly make you question his character. Them demonstrates Reus's talent to carefully craft a character that readers will grow to love along with the story. In the end, Hunter is a well rounded character that I absolutely loved. As an adult and Mother this was a awesome read. I love the child quality that was added to the story through Jonathan. When this little boy tells Hunter, "Uh Oh! You are in big trouble. She used your whole name..." That was priceless, and I loved it!! Nothing can add dead pan humor like a child. It was emotionally moving to also see the relationship grow between Hunter and Jonathan. This is something that a young adult novel with never offer; with it's ability to speak to a mother's heart. I loved the entire story. This was a tornado of suspense, romance, and action that left me wanting more. Katie Reus is an amazingly talented author, and I love reading her wonderfully heart stopping novels.

I have had my eye on this book for some time, but I regretfully did not find this book as exceptional as I would have liked. As a romance I expected a more powerful read, and I hope to see Selina potential advance in the future. Emotionally Charged is a short and quick fun read. This story will offer a fresh breath into the Paranormal Genre.

This is a story of humor, embarrassment, and love that will carry readers through the story's end. The pace is slower requiring readers to press through, but still remains entertaining and funny.

While this particular novel was a little more exotic than what I typically read; it's was still a great story. Most times a novel with sex has a hard time continuing a realistic and intriguing storyline, but Katie Reus proves to be talented in including both without destroying a great story. At just 157 pages this novel was very short, but carefully crafted to avoid feeling rushed. After this great read Katie Reus is definitely a name to look out for in future reads.

While the true nature of The Clan and its members are still a mystery; everyone is aware of their presence in this sleepy little town. After years of trying to determine the cause of her downfall, Savannah settles for admiring from a distance in secrecy. Little does she know that Tristan has some secrets of his own, and when they come to light they both find themselves faced with difficult decisions. Here we find the story of forbidden love that readers will catapulted through effortlessly. This story is easy and light, but still suspenseful and mysterious. Quinn Loftis New Cover for Just One Drop

If you follow; you must know the DEEP LOVE I have for The Grey Wolves Series by Quinn Loftis… I love working with her, and have had the pleasure of reviewing her first two books to the series. I was so excited today when I found the new cover for the third book Just One Drop.

Book Description:

Jennifer Adams, best friend to Jacque Pierce and Sally Morgan, spicy, out spoken, a little crazy and human...or so she thought. Jen has just found out that human DNA is not the only thing that resides in her veins, she happens to share that little pesky werewolf gene, although it isn't more than just a drop. Now that she and her friends are living in Romania with Fane's pack, she is also oh so conveniently stuck with the object of her affection, the fur ball Decebel. Drawn to each other by something they don't understand Jen finds herself frustrated by the lack of mating signs between her and said fur ball. Not only is she dealing with that not so un-frustrating problem, she now has been informed that because of that little drop of werewolf blood in her she is now required to attended a multi-pack gathering for un-mated wolves. This type of gathering hasn't taken place in over a century but with a shortage of females among the werewolf population the males are getting worried they won't ever find their true mates. Meanwhile Decebel struggles with the emotions he is feeling towards Jen. He tries to keep his distance but there is just something about the mouthy blonde that keeps him coming back for more of her verbal abuse that he just can't seem to get enough of...go figure.

Isn’t it just beautiful… I can not wait to get my hands on this book. Just One Drop is a much anticipated book by many readers, and I have not found one person that does not absolutely love this series. Check out more about these books at Quinn Loftis’s website.

The heart stopping romance that I have come to expect from McGuire is slightly witheld in this second novel. Understandably the storyline ties nicely, but it was a little disheartening to see the struggles and lack of devotion that was present the first book. I have high hopes that the third book with compensate for the dedication. On the otherhand, I was overjoyed to see several character transform throughout this novel. Ryan, first off was not my favorite person in books one, but after his display in Requiem I may just be one of his biggest fans. I love the development of his character, and was astounded with the military man persona that he took on these pages. Claire is another character that was difficult to fully enjoy throughout Providence. With her kick ass attitude is was easy to support her, but with her deep seeded resentment it was harder to actually enjoy her. By the end of the first book I could see there was more to her character than readers were able to grasp, but Requiem put her in the limelight, and displayed her character nicely. I am also a huge fan for her as well. I was estactic with the development of everyone, and can't wait to see where new development will take the series. McGuire swiftly moved this story along, and dedicated this novel to action rather than romance. Being a fan of the romance I was surprised at the talented see displays in effortlessly changing the direction of her story. Beware that bombs drop from the end of this novel. It will be a desperate wait for the next book. BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMENDED!!!

Providence was yet another brilliant display of Jamie McGuires raw talent. My first introduce to her works was with the title Beautiful Disaster, and it was a amazing and thrilling story that I have revisited since. McGuire is a amazing author with the ability to combine sweet and simple characters with remarkable story lines. Everytime I have the opportunity to read works by this author I am astounded and awestruck with her ability to create breath taking romances. These are the stories that readers will remember long after the last line, and revisit just so that they can feel the emotions of loving the characters all over again.

Providence was unique from McGuire's other stories, because of her paranormal twist. This was incredibly benefical to the story at esclating the emotion level even further. As with Beautiful Disaster McGuire is genuinely talented in writing deeply emotional love stories, but when Providence opens the door more a magically connection it seemed to highten the romance even further. (As if I thought that was even possible!) I love feeling as though I am part of the story, and Jamie's ability to absorb readers is clearly evident from this story. The action and suspense promises late night and missed bedtimes. I can't wait to see what the next book will offer. Jamie McGuire is the a amazing author, and something you should not miss! BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMEND!!

For the paranormal lover this is a perfect little journey that will take you thirty minutes from beginning to end. While Hebert concluded this novel perfectly; readers will still feel the crave for more the wonderful story. This is an awesome display of the talent Cambria Hebert is capable of, and leave me anxious for more of her stories.

Just when we thought things we looking up for Kaylee Cavanaugh If I Die will crush all of the previous assumptions. Rachel Vincent is an incredibly talented author with several incredible series under her belt. While I find it hard to rate my favorite ; the Soul Screamers puts up one good fight for the running. This latest addition takes everything readers have come to love about the series, and turn it topsy turvy. From the start it is obvious that this was not just going to be an easy addition to the well loved story. As the story progresses Vincent will build the twists and turns until readers find a whole new story, and momentum for the story to continue to strong. I love to write reviews that allow readers some description of the story, but this novel was so action packed that to do so would mean spoiling some of the story. That is just something I can not in good conscious do so I apologize for not for reviewing in part of the direct story, but this is one you just to experience for yourself. Soul Screamers is a BookWhisperer Recommended series, as is every other wonderful series that Rachel Vincent has created. She is a wonderful storyteller that will have you addicted from the start.

The plot thickens in this second installment, and Celeste and Brandon themselves in a fighting for one another. This is a fast and effortless read that would be good for the younger ages. While I find this to be a good read; it is not a novel that I would see myself revisiting.

Fate Fixed wraps a Mystery/Thriller into a Paranormal Romance. It chapters alternates between one of three characters; telling the story from their perspective. Lexie is trying to come to terms with the accidental death of her father, as well as, accept her new life that includes several new obnoxious step brothers. As if the these drastic changes weren't enougher new framily is about to wisked away for a fresh start in a new town. I was surprised by this story, and it's almost horror genre comparisons. Lexie's story is a terrifying, yet sweet all wrapped up in one book. First off the brothers are very unsettling, but it is easy to see where Lexie accepts Alik so effortlessly. He seems to be her peace in all the chaos, and I think this bond is helping her accept all of this changes. Torin and his family are a mystery most of this book. While he has a common presence in the book he talks in code, and the true nature of his being is not revealed for most of the book. I love his family! While I had a little trouble accepting the depth and sincerity of Lexie and Torin's connection; you can tell that this is a devoted family and the bonds run deep. The desire to protect Lexie is a common trait for all of the cousins, and her acceptance is obvious througtout the pages. The overall pace of Fate Fixed was a little to be desired. I liked the storyline, I liked the mixture of Mystery/Thriller vs. Romance, I liked the conclusion, but throughout all of these like I still felt like something is missing from the story. I believe that thing missing the the captivating romance that almost makes you feel as though you are living it. This story has all of the potential, but it just didn't quite make it there for me.

Although, it is best to not judge a book by its cover especially when it comes to matters of the heart. Pride and Popularity is easy to slide through effortlessly. A great book for relaxation, and watching a love blossom.

Everyone in the world sees the glamour glitz of being rich and famous, but what they easily overlook is the constant attention and scrutinization that these individuals endure. Furthermore, the danger that is included in such admiration from adoring fans. All of this attention for some would be a match made in heaven; but for someone like Ryan that appreciates his privacy and normality its simply an intrusion of his privacy and occasionally terrifying.

It is easy to feel the attraction between these two, and easier to see the warning signs presenting as the story progresses. This is was a powerful and emotional read that kept me up long after bed time. I was a little disappointed to see the constant flux of pace throughout the story from fast action moments to slow and steady build ups, but overall I was able to over look this obstacle and truely enjoy the experience. I see that a sequel is anticipated, and I look forward to seeing what the future will hold for Ryan and Taryn. I am personally hoping to see some resolution in the second book.

Everneath is a gut wrenching and haunting mythological tale of lover and survival. Nikki is an awesome character that has seen her fair share of heartache for such a young girl. After the death of mother to the clutches of a drunk driver, and the betrayal of her first love she finds herself looking for anyway to make it all go away. Cole is the answer to the silent prayer when he offers to take her to the Everneath. A year later, she finds herself back on the surface. Although, she presence is only temporary, she has vowed to make the most of it and right the wrongs that she made before her first disappearance. Only what she finds is that she has made the biggest mistake of her life, and it will cost her her future.

I loved all of the characters of this book. Even for the villain; Cole is creepy and mysterious, but I find myself having second thoughts about hating him. Even though everything about him is wrong I reluctantly understand why he would want to make a better future for himself, and I think deep down her really does love Nikki. What better way to improve the future with a new queen, and one you just happen to love. This was such a great book; that I am having a hard time not spoiling it for everyone else. This book is a rollercoaster from page one. The intensity of emotions and power of love throughout this novel is captivating and drags you right in the Everneath. The cliff hanger that Brodi left readers has me cussing right down to the last word. This is an author with raw talent to make you an instant fan. I can not wait to see what happens in the next book, and this is a new BOOKWHISPERER SERIES FAVORITE!!!!

Wood Point Academy is not at all what I expected. For one thing, it looks like a cross between military school and Buckingham Palace. Everyone stares, the floors shine so bright you can see your reflection in them from a mile away, and no one smiles. Unless they're kicking your butt in the process. Which happens more often than not for the freshman. Lucky for them, my presence has just stolen the spotlight, and they get a break from the daily joys of hazing. At least I've got plenty to take my mind off the fact that my psycho cousin, Miles De'Luca, keeps calling and declaring his love and promising to come for me just as soon as he's destroyed anyone standing in our way. Wes isn't going to like that idea. So between Miles, Wood Point's evil welcoming committee, and the drill sergeant hottie trainer from hell, I just keep asking myself, how did I end up here?

Cold Blood takes a leap into the Hunter’s world. After the battle that concluded Dirty Blood; Tara find herself enrolled in the Wood Point academy for Hunters. At her Grandmother’s demand Tara agrees to attend the prestigious Hunter Academy, but little does she know that lies ahead. Jack and Fess have explained the reluctance that Werewolves and Hunters alike hold towards mixed blood. The reality of this truth becomes a harsh reality when Tara finds herself with more enemies than she can count. Tara’s life becomes a living nightmare.

Fortunately, two of the school misfits Logan and Cambria accept Tara with open arms. Cambria seems to have a bit of a dark side, but Logan seems altogether genuine. Alex which happens to be Tara’s tutor/trainer is a delectable addition to this novel. His shocking outburst the first day of school will leave readers questioning her character, but as the layers peel back his is just as twisted and a complicated as Tara. It is easy to see Tara struggle with feeling for his character. Personally, I must add that in my opinion he is no Wes. I was frustrated with her for allowing this emotional attachment to build in this book. Although, it does add for some obvious male dominance altercations that adds a little spice for the reader.

Overall, this was another good read for this loveable series. I honestly expected a little more action and intensity after book one; but as an avid reader I can also recognize the need for the build that this novel offers. I absolutely love the Dark Elite series by Chloe Neill. It is one The BookWhisperer favorites, and I am anxiously awaiting Charmfall that is due to be released January 3rd from Puffin Books. The stage is excellently set for Kira to fit into Octavion and Lydia’s world. It also make is easy to understand Kira’s desperation to support and help them in there quest. Ophera was carefully crafted and easily imaginable. I had no problem seeing this world as though I was looking through the eyes of the characters. Ms. Bryant is a dedicated writer that will test your shock ability with her graphic novel. She will take her story that a cliff, and proceed without hesitation as her story drops readers from the deadly heights. I was very impressed with this novel, and the ability of this author. I definitely look forward to reading more from this series.

His southern drawl with lure readers into his intoxicating personality. Beth on the other hand is trying to recuperate from a disastrous relationship that almost ended with her a prison sentence. Working as a stage hand for Roadhouse was only temporary, and a means to hide from her shadowed past. When these character met is a like a tidal wave that will take readers by surprise. They compliment one another in every sense of the word, and readers will be silently cheering them on from the start. It was wonderful to see the change in her character as Tom helps her to overcome her dark past, and embrace the spark between them. The twist offering her a bit of the lime light was a perfect addition to the building story, and I fell deeper in love with Tom character for the adoration and pride that he takes from sharing a stage. This is a wonderful romance, and a I look forward to finding more from this author.

Book one introduced readers to a plethora of various character and supernatural talents. With her two best friends one a witch and one a vampire; Kylie is beginning to find a home at Shadow Falls. It is also to her benefit to have a very hot Fairy beating down the door. Even though a very hot Werewolf seems to occupy a lot of her thoughts. The story continues to become more twisted as Kylie discovers more talents that seem to point her in several different directions. As if her life wasn’t complicated enough strange things are happening around Kylie, and it seems see has captured more than a Fairy and Werewolf’s eye. Although, their purpose seems to be a lot more sinister.

The Shadow Falls books had me captured from the start. It is an exciting journey to follow, and I love the characters for all of the quirky and steamy charm. For a young girl like Kylie is wonderful to see her spreading some roots, and find a place that she feels at home. Although, even among misfits she seems to still have a borderline misfit quality. As a truly unknown species readers will never know what to expect. Awake at Dawn as broaden the horizons, and shed little light on what to expect next. With the plot thickening I can’t wait to see what is in store for this character.

After a few pages of details it is easy to catch up; discovering that Darcy is soon to be mated with a Pack alpha of the Mystic Wolves Pack. While exerting her independence she and the Alpha sister find themselves at the wrong end of a gun. An accepted friend of the pack has been playing his own game that is about to cost one of these girls their lives. The story is only 25 pages on my Nook, so this was an incredibly short read. The story offered in those few pages promises more great reads to follow.

Kiera is a down to earth girl that I find very entertaining. While she has learned to love the finer things in life from the big city; she seems to fit into the country girl aspects as well. She seems to be a genuine person, but being career driven has left her misunderstood by many. While others saw it as easy for her to pick up and leave; it was truthfully the hardest things she ever did but a necessary sacrifice for her dreams. I loved this character more and more as the story progressed, but was frustrated with her lack of realization of what she really has in front of her.

Joe on the other hand is dreamy and wonderful in every way. As a family man he is dedicated and protective, and as a business man he is straight and to the point. I loved learning more about his character, and seeing the ease of forgiveness. After the love his life walking away twenty years ago he was not bitter and resentful, but loving and trusting to the very core. This is the man of dreams that any woman would welcome with open arms. It was easy to comprehend the depths of Joe's good natured and loving personality after meeting his family. They are the real deal; with enough love to go around and their own fair share of problems but they have the loyalty that will allow them to overcome anything. They are the type of family that would make you crazy, but you could never trade them for all the world.

Kiera soon learns this first hand when Joe makes her a deal for an exclusive interview in exchange for a two week vacation with his whole family. To be a successful journalist sacrifices must be made, but little does she know in the woods surrounds by mud and mosquitos she will discover her true desires and something much more important than a promotion. Leaving her at a crossroads yet again, but with this second chance will she make the same choice.

As a family man he is well aware the struggles to keep loved one safe. When Emma tells him that she is worried about her Grandmother his sympathy overpowers his logic. So begins a month long stay in Emma’s home as her Fiancé. Little does either of them know that fate may have bigger plans, and a pretend relationship just may have been the first door. This is a very quick and enjoyable read. With a powerful and smoldering romance that will have readers craving just one more page.

Beg For Mercy is a huge compilation of the supernatural world. Readers quickly learn that Mercy and Flynn are of different, but as the book progresses the number of different kinds of species is astounding. From the start I sympathize with Mercy’s character. She is young and maturing, and self out casted due to her fear of hurting another person. As a succumbus a kiss can be deadly, and with a mother that refuses to teach you anything about who you are Mercy finds herself in a very dangerous game. It is easy to see the good natured and caring side of her personality, and a terrible injustice that her mother expected her to seclude herself in order to stay safe. The desire to be affectionate is a natural; the fact that her Mother expected her to be like a saint is frustrating and ridiculous. Mercy quickly changes all that when she plays a dangerous game of “spin the bottle”, and followed with a embarrassing game of “Truth or Dare”. In one night she is able to discover that someway, somehow she has kissed a boy without killing him; and that she seems to have drew the attention of a couple boys at the same time. This begins the rollercoaster of emotion that encompasses Beg for Mercy. I don’t believe that I have ever read a book that introduced so many characters in one sitting, but I quickly realized that it was all necessary. With four objects of affection for Mercy alone it easy to understand the need for an abundance of characters. Mercy has quite a struggle in her hands with so many awesome guys to choose from. Luke, Flynn, Sebastein, and Paul all share one thing in common; every single one of them is in love with Mercy. What’s worse than having four guys all want you at the same time? Loving each one of them back, and not knowing which one you love the most.The author takes time to detail each one of these characters, and they are great it is easy to see why Mercy would love every one of them. With the obvious distraction of love, Mercy doesn’t realize that she has more important things to worry about like who is following her from town to town living missing women along the way. When Mercy finds herself captive by the last person she thought possible it will change the entire story. This is a story about secrets, mystery, and love. Mercy is an incredible character that will easily grab the readers attention. With such a delicate story this novel follows a much slower pace. I found myself wondering just where this story was taking me, and how she could be falling in love with another person. The conclusion wraps the entire story into a nice package that will guarantee fans for the remainder of the series. I look forward to seeing what the next book has to offer.

Eric and Sophia’s story has been building from the start, and it was about time they had center stage. This novel was a fun read. The book starts out at a very young age, and highlights various memories at different ages. Many of them are situations and altercations that we have experienced in the previous to books; giving Sweet Sofie a nice memory lane feel. Once I got into the main course it was a very heart felt and romantic read, but readers will find themselves frustrated with Sophie choices. As more and more of the Moreno traits become evident in Sophie’s character I was forced to change my perception of her character. Interestingly, Alex and Sal where both a huge part of this novel. Alex as his overbearing and protective nature, and Sal stepping into the limelight as the rescuer. Hopefully, preparing for his own book that is to be out shortly. This was a great addition to the Moreno series with its light and easy reading. I love following this families stories, and a look forward to continuing. The next book is that of Romero’s story, and I am anxious to see deeper into the his true character.

But what I saw made me want to die. Her eyes were brown, not hazel. Her lips weren’t even rosy. Her hair was clearly dyed. This wasn’t my Lina.

“Hi.” The girl said with interest as she looked me up and down. “Can I help you with
something?” Then she slightly popped her hip out and set her hand upon it, smiling while

Quinn Loftis offers laugh out load funny novels that will grab readers with the witty humor and intense romance. I have been anxiously awaited this novel, and it was far exceeded my expectations. Jacque and Fane mesmerized readers with this heart stopping romance in Prince of Wolves. Book two Blood Rites starts up right when the first book ended, and will have readers jumping and running through this fast awesome read. The addition of another palpable romance adds to the complexity of this lovable tale; while bring supporting characters into the limelight. It was fun to see the characters transform in this book. I am certain that we can look for these characters to continue throughout the remaining installments of The Grey Wolves series. There were also a few new addition to the cast in this book, and I was excited to see the developments for this characters as well. Especially in the development of Jacque’s Father. Quinn allows his character to be better understood and cherished I hope to see more of his character in the future. I even found myself to sympathize within these pages. The overall of feel of these novels are absolute intensity and momentum, but the addition of humor make the entire book. Jen is the majority of our comic relief , and I just can’t get over her character. I LOVE HER!!!! I was completely floored by the development of her character as well throughout this novel, and can’t wait to see the outcome of her situation in book three. It is obvious that Jen and Jacque are growing through this two novels, and I can’t wait to see what the future novels hold for the both of them. In the end, Loftis leaves me speechless and flabbergasted with this addictive read. I have trouble effectively expressing my love for this book, and its ability to increase my heart rate and take my breath away. As my newest addition to my favorites list I must recommend this series.

Significance is a powerful and mouth watering paranormal romance. From the start Crane gives a abrupt romance that will take readers a moment to grasp. The instantaneous love between Maggie and Caleb lacks the build up that captivates and mystifies readers. As the character come to terms with their uncontrollable heart stopping romance; so will the readers. To overcome this significant’s have a rare ability to read one another's minds; for readers this will allow us to see past the intensity of this romance to truly learn the character. This display of creativity shows talent, and the authors importance to detail and genuine emotion. I am enthralled with all of the characters of the story with each unique and lovable personality. As a hopeless romantic I loved the possessive and protective nature of Caleb and his family. This family offers her love, acceptance, and stability that helps her to transform from a young girl to a young woman by the end of the book. Not everyone is happy about the imprint, and Maggie soon finds herself in the middle of a feud. With anger that has been seething for years, she is the chip that could sway the scale and the enemy will stop at nothing to have her. By the end of the book I struggled to recall any of the difficulty that I experience at the beginning, but as a reviewer I felt obligated to acknowledge some structural struggles. By the end of the novel Shelly Crane has proven to not only be a talented writer, but a story teller. I can’t wait to see what happens in Accordance, especially now that we have overcome the difficulty of starting such a complex story. BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMENDED!!!

Tim shows room for improvement, but it is obvious that this author has a powerful story to tell. I look forward to seeing future novels improve, and observing the promising journey of this talented author.

Though Bait made me a liar. Annie Nicholas offers you a incredible vampire story with a romance that will leave readers breathless. Connie is part of a secret team that hunts vampires. She is not your bad ass kicking heroine, but rather simply vampire bait. She is the soul person responsible for luring in vampires marks for assassination. Life is quite simple until she meets Rurik. This things become incredibly hot and steamy for the remainder of the read. Overall Bait was a incredibly quick and captivating read.

It was interesting to see the shift in the relationship after some many books, but I’m hoping future installment will include the lust and love that readers have come to love from the Cat and Bones series. Frost adds Ian and Spade in a pleasureable dose to this book, and it was awesome to see the whole crew working together. As always Cat and Bones books leave you craving more, and anxiously awaiting each new read. This is a BOOKWHISPERER FAVORITE SERIES!!! If you haven’t had the pleasure don’t waste anymore time.

Becca Fitzpatrick never ceases to amaze me with her incredible stories. Silence is by far the best I have read of this series. I loved the opportunity to be reintroduced to Patch after all this time. The rare ability to see the love and trust reignite was a blessing and a reviver for the story. This along with the abundance of flashbacks throughout this book was a refresher for fans of the series, and a chance to remember some of the awesome moments. This novel felt like a giant step forward in the Hush Hush Saga. In previous books it seemed more to follow the trend of Patch's danger being a part of Nora's life; but this book was a turn around a gave more depth to Nora's character. With the development of this story I look for the last book to be even better than this one. I am so happy with the turn out, and loved the ending. I can't wait to see what the fourth and final book will have to offer.

While I loved the characters, and could see the potential growing through this book; it was obvious that the climax was not going to be reached in this particular book. Sadie is a very special and down to earth character that readers will enjoy. This mystery of her past will keep readers guessing with this easy paced story. The alternate world that Anderson has previewed throughout the book still remains a mystery holding my attraction to this story. My overall impression of this read is a enjoyable and imaginative read.

Hell Yeah!!! This was an incredible book. I would go as far as to say that this is a comparison to my beloved Cat and Bones Series. Heather Hildenbrand offers a kick ass and brutal read that will grab readers from the first page. Tara is your intense heroine that will take no crap from anyone. I was in love with her character from the start. Her sarcasm along with her no nonsense approach gives her a well round and fun personality that proves an immediate attention grabber.

This concept of the “Dirty Blood” was inventive and fresh. I like how it gives them an advantage over the other breeds, and places hope in the hands of our characters for a brighter future if they can overcome. The stereotypes of your werewolves and hunter are twisted in this novel, but it was all very intriguing with the exception of the werewolf’s ability to talk when shifted. This talent was a bit odd for a me to follow in the beginning. The concept is easily summed up as Hunter and Werewolves. The “Dirty Blood” is the very rare occasion that a child is born with both of the abilities of a Werewolf and Hunter. The result is a stronger, and kick ass mixed breed that is destined to change the world for both species.

From the start through the last pages Dirty Blood offers a rollercoaster read, that will race you through page after page. I finished this story of 677 pages in less than 24 hours if that tells anything. With a story that you can not put down, Hildebrand promises more to come in the following installments. This is a BOOKWHISPERER RECOMMENDED read.

I LOVED THIS STORY. Jordan is a strong and independent young woman. Who just happens to be the best football player in the state, and a girl. As a daughter to an NFL Quarterback it is not unlikely that her life would surrounded around Football, but readers will be encouraged by this young girls' drive to overcome in Man's World. I love the wholeness of Jordan and her Team; it is incredibe how they rely on one another so deeply. This team is so interwoven, and it appears that each character has his own role and place within the group. It is like they are her family, and the love and support that they give her is incredible. Although, I must note that I developed lingering questions about Henry long before they appeared in story. It was obvious that the emotions running between these characters were deeper and dedication on a whole different level. I must admit that when the development comes to light I was their biggest fan. It infuriated me to no end that they were being so dense and stubborn. To anyone else this couple was meant for one another, but to theirselves it was a mystery. Secondly, I was happy to see her Dad come around, and realize that his fears we only hendering his relationship with his daughter. The book came together perfectly at the end, but I was a little depressed that it ended so quickly after they had just started talking again. It didn't really give readers the conclusion that would have seal a Happily Ever After. Even not being a sports enthusiaist; this was a simple and exciting read. It was easy to find youself absorbed into this story, and experience this story as though you are Jordan. Being a sports novel many would expect the abundance of whitty humor. This is a favorite for The BookWhisperer!!

In Forever Mine, we follow Angel and Sarah through love, laughter, and tears; with just a side salad of Alex and Valerie's wild sex craze. Always been Mine digs deeper into that romance, and finds that emotions run much deeper than the occasional hook up previewed in the first book. After a disasterous spy mission, Valerie has given up on the relationship she knows can and will never exist. Alex has proven to be the ultimate ladies man that will not be capable of settling down with just one woman, and she refuses to continue setting herself up for heartache.

All the while, Alex has many things he is not proud of; including letting Valerie walk away. Valerie is the one person he wishes he could spend the rest of his life with, but he just let her walk away rather than tell her the truth. Now after a year apart the pain of her loss only seems to be increasing. If he could just find a way to get her to see how much he really loves her, and that he can be the a one woman kind of man. His opportunity comes at Sarah and Angel's wedding shower.

This begins a rollercoaster of frustration when Valerie lies to Alex telling him she is seeing someone, and they can no longer be more than friends. Followed by a month of lies and secrets that will keep the readers infuriated with the characters. Valerie has spent this entire year trying to get over Alex, and made several mistakes. One of which turned into a controlling and psychotic boyfriend. When he begins calling her, and making corner her alone she begins looking for somewhere she can feel safe. It becomes evidently clear that the only pace she will truely feel safe is the one place she has vowed not to go back to.

Always been Mine was very different from the Young Adult Romance that Forever Mine offered. This was anticipated seeing as how we were changing genres, but I think that it was also a little shaky as Elizabeth Reyes finds her Adult Romance groove. Overall, even with the transitioning occuring I it was an incredible read. I love how each book highlights one romance, but there is some much about beginnings and continuations of the romances prior. Reyes is one exceptional author; that offers story packed full of hot and steamy romance. As mentioned before I believe she is still learning and working out the kinks, but all around she has a very promising future. Great read!!

The romance is hot, and the headache is palpable. Be ready to laugh and cry in this whirlwind story that will deny reads their simple happily ever after. The drastic conclusion left me in a uproar, and in despair for the characters of the intense read. I'm anxious to see just where D. Apodaca will take this story from here. Although this author shows us that in this reality not everyone was accepting of a destroyed future, and found that in the presence of hysteria it is easy to overcome the weak. Our story is told by Juliette, who is a young girl that has lived a life of neglect. Not because she was abused or beaten, but because she is special. After many fatal incidences she was taken away to a asylum where she could no longer hurt anyone with her touch; regardless if everyone of the incidences in her past had been accidents. When a young man is bunked in her cell she finds herself drawn to someone for the first time in her life. While knowing that this friendship has no where to go from here; she learns to enjoy the comfort of a compassionate person even if she can not touch them. Comfort is short lived when a major betrayal will take away everything she has come to enjoy.

Juliette has no idea that she has been a object for various individuals attention for a long time, and they will stop at nothing to find her. When she finds herself in the clutches of a psychotic mad man; she discovered there are things out there far worse than herself. This story was addictive, gruesome, and overwhelming at times; but after starting I knew I had no chance of being able to walk away from this story. Readers will find themselves reading “just a few more pages”, until they barrel through the end of this story. I can not wait to see what the next book as to offer, and this start is opening the door for a fresh and new series that will knock readers off their feet.

You know how we all know and love those sexy vampire covers. One of my favorite publicist friends offer some information on just how hard they have to work for that look. KJ Wignall released Blood on September 5th, but they have been working on a different cover. Check out what I learned below.

To start, Elizabeth Law, the publisher, talked to the jacket designer, Sammy Yuen, about what ideas he might have for showing the character of Will, a teenage vampire who was ³created² in the 13th Century and Sammy had the idea of showing the vampire as he stalks the streets of London. As she recalled, there was some discussion of wardrobe, and of a long jacket that might be a possible choice for the model (Sterling) to wear. But when Elizabeth
arrived at the photo shoot she was so dazzled by the sight of Sterling with his shirt off that all thought of trying additional wardrobe choices went out of her head. She wanted something where the character looked haunted, but
also where he would clearly appeal to the readership. I¹d say they nailed it!

What follows are paired shots from the photo shoot and Elizabeth¹s commentary on the thought process behind each one.

1. short vs long hair (Sterling with short hair & Sterling with long hair) Will has long hair in the book! But, frankly, we hated how the wig looked. We decided we could live with the error, that being immediately appealing was more important than being 100% accurate.

2. one-eyed view vs hair in the face (Sterling one-eyed long hair & Sterling hair in the face) The single eye shots looked good in the studio, but when we tried them on the cover, we found it was a little forced looking‹like he was acting, rather than natural. Also, we really hated the wig!

3. strike a pose poses (Strikes a pose A & Strikes a pose B) The first shot was too reminiscent of Taylor Lautner¹s entrance in Twilight:Eclipse, and in the second I thought Will looked like a juvenile delinquent‹not heir to the Earl of Mercia, which he was long ago, before he was attacked and became a vampire.

4. to fog and not to fog (To fog & Not to fog)
I LOVED the fog. We tried shots with and without fog because we weren¹t sure which would look better on the jacket. We ended up using a fog shot because it added to the ³atmosphere² on the book jacket.

5. black fog and just black (Black fog & Just black)
It¹s interesting, because the shots against black look really good‹but the white background allowed the designer, Sammy Yuen, to lay in the London architecture into the finished background. Also, black made me think³vampire at night² which I find really clichéd.

6. full frontal versus over the shoulder look (black fog full frontal & black fog over the should look) There was quite a bit of discussion about over the shoulder‹I thought those shots were very sexy. We are thinking of using an over the shoulder
shot in the book¹s sequel (due out next fall) called Alchemy.

Not all glams and glory the first try I see… I like hearing about how they come up with the ideas for these amazing covers that grab us everyday….

This story is gut wrenching and sickening, but it offers a genuine love story that we captivate readers every inch of the way. The deep seeded love previewed between these characters is palpable and awe inspiring. This is an extremely short story will a powerful punch that will leave readers stricken far past the last page. Red has an incredible beautiful cover that is certain to grab readers eye. I was anxious for a chance to read this short paranormal mystery. Kait Nolan offers a short and entertaining read. Elodie and Sawyer pasts are very tragic and saddening, but it is great to see the chance at happiness for these two characters. Their journey is a gruesome and detailed read; it is easy to feel that desperation and intensity of their story. I find Nolan writing style is new and offers some obstacles for keeping readers dedicated to the story line. This is a great start for this debuting author, and I look to see more from her in the future.

Prince of Wolves proved to be quite a challenge to rate. The this a paranormal romance through and through. It gave me some serious doubts in the first few chapters, due to the immediate romance between Jacque and Fane. Everything was abrupt and forced giving me an unsettling grasp for the story, and quite honestly a regretful misjudgment of what to expect. As the story unfolds the relationship falls into a suspenseful and intense love story that will keep readers guessing. By the end of this novel it was easy to overlook the difficult start, and crave more of this magical and possessive tale. The overall feel offers a serious intensity, but it is refreshing to experience the wit and humor of Jacque and her friends. The ability to wrap this novel into a neat and tightly woven story previews the ability of the debuting author. Upon concluding I was at war with myself on how to rate this incredible story. The story alone has the quality to warrant a five star, but in the end I settle on four stars because I felt that there is room for improvement. I see great things to come for this author, and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I must recommend this book, but I want to give words of advice. If readers struggle with beginning, because if you give up your missing one hell of a story.

The story of Sam and Grace continues and seems to find its closure, but it was not the closure that allows a reader to feel satisfied with the resolutions. Being that I absolutely love Maggie Stiefvater; I must conclude with saying that this was not her best work and does not truly show the depth of her talented abilities.

Book hidden by it’s cover. As a lover of beautiful covers I would have passed this one right by, and I would have regretted it. Scout is your very ordinary teenager that is incredibly level headed and uniqueness that are not found in many characters. She will demands your attention; with her witty humor and easy going attitude that will encourage readers. As a loner, Tammy Blackwell offer variance from your typical outcast character. She is not your quiet black sheep that will stick to the shadows, and her brother offers a lifeline to her personality. It is unusual to find the support and commitment of these two characters, but it was refreshing to see him step outside the box giving his character an upbeat and amazing personality as well. With an incredibly fast paced and moving story I was surprised to find such intricate writing that allows readers to feel the love and trust in this family. Charlie and Jase have one dedication, and that is to the protection of Scout. It is picture perfect to find that Scout is secretly in love with Charlie, but easily understood. He delectable, hunky, and protective with gives all of the characteristics of a loveable character in one. As the story unfolds it appears that Scout’s family does harbor secrets that will prove even more unique than previously considered. When the truth comes out that there are Shifters and Werewolves it is an gentle transition for the reader. It was incredibly believable that Scout would understand and accept such a development. With a new boy in town that not only is a Werewolf, but infatuated with Scout she must determine what is more important family or love. To further complicate things Scout soon realizes that she for herself that she is in love with more than one person. With disaster on the horizon Scout must search herself to determine where her heart truly lies. This is one of the character moments when readers will be on the edge of their seats, and not everyone will agree on which seat they want to be on the edge of. At just over two hundred pages I had this book finished in one sitting. It is suspenseful and lustful promising readers a knock your socks off read. The ending offers me hopes to see more to come. In the meantime I am depressed to see that this is the end.

Amanda, Jack, Dustin, and Trevor are trying to live as normal a life as possible; for four young adults with special powers. Amanda leads readers through this story from her perspective. Being the only girl she has lived a life of abandonment when the boys were trained skills to carry out their legacies. It is a constant uphill battle trying to push herself into this family. Her one saving grace is Dustin, with his caring and compassionate heart, she can occasionally find peace in the friendship and understanding that they both share. When a turn of events results in her parents missing the four will find themselves on a mission, and Amanda will finally find herself being somewhat accepted as a part of this family. These kids will find that there is much more to their story than was ever imagined, and if they can survive this journey life will prove to never be the same. Ritchie offers an eventful and action packed read that will carry her readers attention. As a new author I was impressed by her awesomely creative story, but I must admit that I see some areas of with room for improvement. With a powerful story to this series; it is one well worth recommending.

The story continues to build in this third installment, but unfortunately seems to hit some obstacles. The flow of the previous two books were ever building and a continuous uphill mount; although in Black Halo it appears that the story hangs up on complications of an angel and human romance. While I loved the story I had to rate it slightly lower, because while the story continues to the direction of the storyline is standing still. Once the pace picks up this story will change direction with a twist that will unfold secrets and betrayals that will change the storyline in its entirety. This has set the stage for book 4, and I look for the last book to rise above all of the previous books in the series. This is a great series, and I highly recommend for paranormal romance and young adult lovers.

The Bringer was a very quick and easy read. The beginning lacks emotion understandably due to the fact that Lucyna is unable to feel. Although, as the story continued I just didn’t feel it. While this was a very inventive storyline the story itself just couldn’t grab me. In the end I can say that I enjoyed it, and it did prove to be a sweet love story. Though it is nothing that knocked my socks off, and will be easy to move on.

As their love continues to grow Joss and Dylan will find that their lists of enemies are growing quickly. As desperate times call for desperate measures they will find themselves closer to be discovering discovered than ever before. Now they will have to decide if they have the power to be on the offensive and protect themselves. The ending of Heroes ‘til Curfew will wrap up the story we began in Hush Money, as well as, set building blocks for more.

Asher’s character will offer a mouth watering and seductive romance that adds intensity and lust to the storyline. Devin with is own boy next door attitude will melt readers hearts while confusing the lines between like and love. It is easy to see why this character finds herself torn between these two lovable characters. Although, while we will feel ourselves growing close it is still evident that there are secrets and mysteries that in a short time are destined to unfold. The ultimate betrayals will wrap up this intense read; leaving readers craving what is to come.

I feel as though I genuinely know this family after the journey of these three books. This final book was by far the best of the series largely to do with ability to include all three brothers in this single book. It was amazing to see Alex and Brittany showcased as main characters in this novel, and see the progression of there relationship over the years. Carlos is also a large part of the second half of this novel, and it was awesome to catch up on the progress of his relationship with Kiara. With Luis being a entirely new character to learn in this book I was nervous to see what Simone had to offer. It seems almost unbelievable that this author is able to create three equally attractive and lustful characters that readers will crave and admire. Nikki is spicy and witty new twist giving this last Fuentes brother a run for his money. Luis rises to the occasion, and creates a hot and intense read. Readers will be left breathless, and as always craving more. Unfortunately, Chain Reaction is the final Perfect Chemistry novel, and while I am sad to see it all come to close I was overly thrilled to see how Elkeles wraps up the adventurous journey for the Fuentes family. This has been a hell of a ride! I recommend to anyone that loves a good romance.

Charming was a chore to judge. I almost seemed like the first and second half of this novel was from a different writer. In the first couple novels I was excited and ready to go. The mystery accompanying Sophie’s special friend was exciting and intriguing, but it soon seems to stall. Through out the middle, the story fell into a casual life for Sophie. While I think that this was an important addition to the story I just feel that the amount of time spent here could lose readers confidence in the story. Although, as I made it into the second half of the story my confidence was reassured when the story began accelerating through the remainder of the story. In the end I settled on a four star rating due to the powerful and lovable ending, but I was recommend this story with a warning to anticipate a slow middle. In the end Charming is worth the wait, but it will take a bit of endurance to overcome.

I honestly found their relationship to be lacking in intensity, but I found this to be a cover for the emotional rollercoaster that was too come.Throughout the story readers will be as confused as the main character, but I have to admit by the end I have settled on my favorite. Descended by Blood is a detailed and powerful story that will give a new twist the paranormal genre. The pace of the novel will carry readers through the story without effort, and all too soon the story will come to a close. The cliff hanger is a gut dropping ending that will leave the readers cursing the author for the abrupt stop. Like with many amazing authors this is a sign of the excellence that this story has to offer. I am honored to have had the ability to read such an incredible story, and I look forward to getting my hands on the next book. Descended by Blood is the newest addition to The Bookwhisperer favorite list, and a must read for paranormal lovers.

Drip Drop Teardrop is a very short story at just over sixty pages. The storyline follows a young girl that was orphaned at nine years old after a tragic car accident with her parents. Her loving Aunt takes her in happily, but now a terminal cancer has taken hold and the future for Avery looks to be very lonely. While out with her friends one night every month at the local 4.0 night club; she has several run ins with a mysterious man named Brennus. Little does Avery know Brennus is following her for a reason, and it just might cost her her life. Avery is a simple character, and readers will find it easy to sympathize with her character. Brennus is mysterious and a bit scary. When Avery discovers Brennus is actually death; it is easy to understand why her character would be accepting of his true character. While her impression seems much darker than his true character; with a life surrounded by death it is realistic to believe see would accept existence of a Reaper with ease.The romance of this story just goes to show what a talented author Young is for writing a heart stopping romance. Brennus and Avery offer a intense and swift romance carrying readers through the story effortlessly. Leaving a final question is it worth it all for the someone that you love.

At every twist and turns it seems one more person has a personal agenda that may just hand her over to the dark side. Although, as the story progresses Gemma is continually learning to control the star’s power and test its limits. This second novel carries the same excellent story line, but it seems to be lacking some of the intensity and intrigue that the first novel offered. I still find this book to be a very recommended read, but it was lacking some of the excellence that the first novel gave me.

The story is fast paced and intriguing, but the storyline itself is very complex. I felt that the author struggles throughout to detail her characters. As the story unfolds it becomes difficult to understand with the complexity of the dreams. The potential of such a novel is immense, but I would have liked to see it more defined and easier to understand what the author was truly intending to show. Even with these obstacles I find that her story is entertaining and extremely interesting. I know with such a storyline, it is one that I will attempt to read any following books of the series. This could eventually prove to be the a difficult start to an incredible series.
