An ambitious intern. A perfectionist executive. And a whole lot of name calling. Discover the story that garnered more than two million reads online.
Whip-smart, hardworking, and on her way to an MBA, Chloe Mills has only one problem: her boss, Bennett Ryan. He’s exacting, blunt, inconsiderate—and completely irresistible. A Beautiful Bastard.
Bennett has returned to Chicago from France to take a vital role in his family’s massive media business. He never expected that the assistant who’d been helping him from abroad was the gorgeous, innocently provocative—completely infuriating—creature he now has to see every day. Despite the rumors, he’s never been one for a workplace hookup. But Chloe’s so tempting he’s willing to bend the rules—or outright smash them—if it means he can have her. All over the office.
As their appetites for one another increase to a breaking point, Bennett and Chloe must decide exactly what they’re willing to lose in order to win each other.

our thoughts finl Beautiful Bastard is a re-release previous known as The Office. I never had the pleasure of reading this title previously, but I believe that it was bound to be published after reading the incredible story. This is a twist of the demanding Fifty Shades of Grey with the gradual love and devotion of Beautiful Disaster. Readers will be hooked by the abrupt and vicious sexual energy these page. I loved the driven and dedicated characters. This was not the finicky female or the over powering alpha male, but more like matching to characters that truly complement one another. To give a little back story Bennett has recently returned home from Paris to work for the family Media Company. He is devoted to his work which shows from the prestigious name that he has created for himself over the past few years. All business and no pleasure is about the extend of detailing his character from the beginning. Until his is matched with a intern for his assistant. About to complete her internship required for her MBA, Chloe has worked hard to build her reputation with this company. Upon Bennett’s arrival home she is paired with him as his assistant. Over the year she has adjusted to working for the overbearing and down right rude Bennett. Giving it just as good as she gets the two characters are constantly battling and sidestepping the other to effectively work together. One particular the day the lines become crossed, and after a seductive and mesmerizing altercation the two of them will be thrown into uncharted territory that will further blur the lines between work and pleasure. This story is full of emotion, intensity, and raw energy that will have readers flying through the pages. It is a consistent roller coaster till the very end. It is easy to see why this book was picked up by a publisher, and I look forward to seeing more of this series. Christina Lauren will be noticed by her talented creativity she displays in this title, and followers here will definitely see more of her works here.
