Description:
Snuggle up by the tree with your little one and enjoy this adorable Yuletide tale. Soothing rhymes and glowing illustrations tell the story of a child who walks through his house on a snowy Christmas night offering a prayer of thanks to God for the greatest Gift of all.

Wonderful opportunity to enlighten children of the true meaning of Christmas. Not only the wonderful birth of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, but also for the many legendary characters that God included to make it all possible. I like the seperation of characters, and each's particular hand in the story of Christmas. At first it appeared the story may have had a rhyming theme which is a wonderful assett in keeping childrens attention. Although, half way through the rhyming ceased, and I found myself stumble slightly over the transition. Illustration throughout A Christmas Prayer is simple and soft. Art and writing creates a wonderful smooth story that children will learn from.
