Book It Forward Review: Halo by Alexandra Adornetto

Title: Halo
By: Alexandra Adornetto
Reading Level: Young Adult PNR
Publisher: Feiwel and Friends
My Copy: Book It Forward Arc Tours
BookWhisperer Rating:

Book Description:
Three angels are sent down to bring good to the world: Gabriel, the warrior; Ivy, the healer; and Bethany, a teenage girl who is the least experienced of the trio. But she is the most human, and when she is romantically drawn to a mortal boy, the angels fear she will not be strong enough to save anyone—especially herself—from the Dark Forces.

Is love a great enough power against evil?

I LOVE IT! This is all new addition to my favorites list. I have been craving a good Paranormal that would portray the good versus evil in a nature that would be fitting to a Christian objective. I love the safe and clean pure enjoyment that this story offers, with out all of the negative ethical contradictions that can be found in my storylines. This is an angel that has been set here to Earth for the sole purpose of undoing much of the evil the Lucifiers minions are creating. Although, when they put Bethany on this mission it was a known risk, and naturally she falls for a young man with a pure heart. Now she has put not only herself in danger, but all of the ones she loves. The characters of this story are so detailed and life-like it is nearly impossible not to get sucked in by the story. The characters and storyline are so vibrant that readers will find it easy to flow through the entire story. Even with a repative characteristic of the story, Adornetto created a masterpiece that will feel all new. This is a new look at a story full of deep spiritual belief of The Lord our God, with a young adult love story that any reader would enjoy.
